DDP is an internationally recognized trade term (Incoterm) that places the maximum responsibility on the seller. Under a DDP agreement, the seller is responsible for all costs and risks associated with transporting the goods from their facility until the goods are delivered to the buyer's specified location, cleared for import in the destination country.

Think of it as a "door-to-door" service where the seller handles everything.
